Special Services

As well as Sunday Services, both Holy Cross and St Michael's are available for baptisms and marriages.

Baptism: This rite takes place during a community service and has traditionally signified the occasion when the baptised person is united with Christ and with Christ’s people. In baptism they become members of the Christian family. It is seen as the beginning of a life journey and that the child will be given the opportunity to explore and understand the faith of their Baptism as they grow.

Weddings: both of our Churches are available for Weddings. Before hand, the Priest will meet with the couple to discuss wedding plans. During this time, we will work through aspects of sharing life together and the practicalites of the wedding day.  Please come expecting to explore the way your relationship works now and your hopes for the future.

To book a Wedding or a Baptism, please contact Richard.
